How we use it

We use your information to fulfil orders, communicate about your purchase, improve the site, and send updates (only if you subscribe). We never sell your data to third parties.

We use essential cookies for core functions such as cart and sign-in, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies from the cookie banner, and change your preference any time by clearing your browser cookies.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data under Thailand's PDPA. Reach us via the contact page.

This policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that we collect when you access or use our website. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected information from an individual under 13 years of age without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

We collect various types of personal information to improve our services, manage user accounts, process orders, and administer benefits in our Loyalty Program.

- Information you provide to us: such as name, phone number, email, date of birth

- Automatically collected information: such as IP address, "Cookies" data, and the web pages you access

We do not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
We will only share your personal information with third parties in the following cases:

- CRM System and Membership Program Partners (Data Processors):
To facilitate and manage the WB Club membership program, we collaborate with an external Customer Relationship Management (CRM) service provider (Primeworld Co., Ltd.). By using our services, you acknowledge and consent that your personal information and transaction history from both the official e-commerce platform (Shopify) and offline stores will be securely transferred and processed by our CRM partner, under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

- Agents and Affiliated Businesses:
We may engage other companies or individuals to perform functions on our behalf and need to share your information to provide you with products or services.

- Business Transfers and WAKINGBEE Protection: We may disclose personal information when legally required, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WAKINGBEE and our employees.

Your account is protected by a password (or OTP verification) for privacy and security. We strictly enforce a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system, restricting access to sensitive personal data to only authorized management-level personnel who can manage or retrieve it from the system. While we make every effort to protect the privacy of your account, we cannot guarantee complete security from external factors beyond our control.

You can always choose not to provide us with information, but this may prevent you from using some of the benefits or features on the website. You can access, edit, or delete your information, as well as manage marketing consent through your account settings.

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, and the use of information will be subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at that time.
